Size small/medium is 8-1/2 inch long, 1-1/4 inch wide and fits 6-1/2 inch to 7-1/2 inch wrist. Size medium/large is 9-1/4 inch long, 1-1/4 inch wide and fits 7 inch to 8-1/2 inch wrist.
