three sizes, small/medium, medium/large and extra large. This armband is 1 inch wide, size small/medium fits 10 inch to 13 inch bicep, size medium/large fits 12 inch to 14-1/4 inch and size extra large fits 14-1/2 inch to 16-1/2 inch bicep.
