Size small/medium is 9-3/4 inch long, 2-1/2 inch wide and fits 7 inch to 9 inch wrist. Size medium/large is 10-1/2 inch long, 2-1/2 inch wide and fits 7-1/2 inch to 9-1/2 inch wrist.
